In your first session with me, you will have to complete our form (if you didn’t do it online) with your data and then with a few simple exercises we are going to evaluate what your skill level is. We may also invite you to play in a touch rugby session with us.
After that we are going to evaluate what the best option for you is and of course the action plan to go forward depending if you are beginner or advanced player.
But remember, specially if you are new to rugby, this learning process takes time. You can not become a good rugby player in one session, not two or three, however you will be improving your level.
As I said above, this takes time, and of course, effort and hard work in your part.
